  • Make sure you read the fine print and know what you are getting into!!! Have the most detailed walk through with multiple pictures of each room, appliances, front yard, back yard and inside garage. They will have a 21 page check out list with pictures detailing everything! Got charged $120 to clean the vent on the underneath of the microwave, broiler drawer and master tub (tub was cleaned for sure). The saying "it was like that when we moved in, doesn't exist if you don't have the pics" SMH on my part, should have read the reviews!! I also agree with the reviews that no one answers the phone, even if you have the persons name and extension you must always leave a message. They will get back to you. Nicklin knows the rental laws in NV to the T and has the upper hand on you and your rental, just saying, be ready.
