  • This dealership is uncouth! We went there two times in an attempt ti put a car. The rep we had was uninterested in what we were looking for. At times it felt as if he was trying to discourage us so he wouldn't have "be bothered with customers". We sat there for a long while, by his time his negative energy jumped on to my husband & I was trying to keep hope alive. Both times we went there we stayed up to 2.5 hrs. Both times we were told they would contact us within 48 hrs. I kid you not. ...both times....the ball was dropped! My husband laughed at my attempts to follow up for next step guidance. The first time I left a few messages, , second time we gave them a try we again received no follow up. I reached out to the rep. He sounded like he was sleeping! I asked him for an update at this point he prceeded to put blame on us by indicating we my need a co-signer. Had he followed up he would have learned not only did we have a co signer on stand by we also had a nice down payment to go with it. Lastly, I want to address the two clowns on the Larry Jay commercial. They lying their buns off about the specials tjeu have! Along with the fact that their short way of dealing with customers. Again, it felt as if the guys didn't want to be bother with with customers". THUMBS DOWN TO THIS CAR LOT! All this is based on "our experiences'
