In our previous review of this company, I explained that I was frustrated with the lack of customer service provided by Vince. He failed to respond to both my email and my voice mail to let me know that he had contacted MONI and had resolved the billing issue. Amazingly, once my Yelp review was published, he called me within five minutes to ask what it would take to change my review. He complained that my review was costing his business thousands of dollars and offered me two months of free service to change my review. He did not refute a single comment I made in my initial review, but repeatedly asked how he could get me to change my review. Two days later, the sales rep also called and made the same offer of two month's free service for an improved review. Again, I refused and contacted Yelp to make them aware of this unethical behavior. In his response to my review, Vince claims that I have not provided him with the opportunity to "make things right." I do not feel that Vince's attempt to bribe me into posting an improved rating is making things right. I am glad that he admits that "mistakes happen." If Vince would have simply contacted me to let me know he had resolved the billing issue with MONI, I would have been satisfied.
