  • Moving to Las Vegas from New Mexico I thought I would never again eat tasty NM food and chile....UNTIL, I found out about Carlito's Burritos. I was referred here, otherwise I would have missed it, which is the only down side to this fantastic joint-it is too small. The food is amazing, the staff is great and overall I am thrilled to have true New Mexican cooking here in the LV valley. This has become one of my family's regular dining locations.
