We work at a nearby business and order frequently from here. Usually it's for the entire office. I don't understand how our order can be wrong every time. Today I ordered a steak burrito bowl. When it was delivered to our office (a co-worker went to pick up. We ordered it online). There was no steak on the bowl. I've called several times and talked to a manager. They've offered to comp the order then next time. But then when we call to get the order comped the existing manager won't honor the offer. We will go to another location from now on.
