rev:text	Only 2 Stars today I'm a regular customer in here and have spent a tremendous amount of money repairing necessary things on my car.. However service was very poor in here today my appointment was at 11am i dropped my car off at 10:40 AM ..I left for an hour and a half only to come back and find my car still parked out front not even pulled in yet for the work to be completed the manager here on Sunday's is full of excuses as to why my car was still sitting out front an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time ... My question is why even schedule an appointment ...I can see maybe running 1/2 an hour behind but not an hour and a half especially when my car was going to take approximately 2 hours for the things I scheduled (oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment, new brakes and roters for the back) so after griping and throwing a huge fit and asking for my keys cause I was ready to walk out of here the manager says ... We will discount some of your services today and put two guys on your car to get it done...REALLY don't act like your doing me a favor when you all are the ones not doing your job !!!! I am really considering finding another Firestone to take my car too , appointments are made for a reason it's not so I can sit in here all fricken day while u work other cars into your day and make people who make appointments have to wait all day to get their only car back its not like I have any other option but to sit in here and wait for my vehicle to get done so I can go about my day!! So for your inconsiderate customer service today you only get 2 stars from me ... Do better or I'm going somewhere else!!!!
