  • Quite possibly the most deliciously authentic Vietnamese food in Vegas. Imagine if you were in the country in Vietnam and a family invited you over for some Sunday dinner comfort food. This place uses real broken rice to deliver the best Com Tam dish ever. Com Tam is a famous comfort food dish in Vietnam and this dish is superb and beyond authentic on every level. It is number 29 on the menu "Com Tam Bi Soun Cha" which consist of the most delicious shredded pork, a perfectly seasoned pork chop, egg meatloaf over fluffy melt in your mouth broken rice. There are so many places here in Vegas that do not know how to cook this dish and use regular steamed rice instead of broken rice. Here at Pho Sing Sing they nail it authentically. Order it, you will not regret it and be in total foodie nirvana. My roommate ordered the number 25 which is the eggrolls and charbroiled chicken vermicelli. It was amazing and such a huge portion. We also ordered the Pho Dac Biet and split it. OH MY GOD it was incredible. The broth sends you straight into flavor heaven without all that MSG ickyness. It is so good!! So glad this restaurant exists. It is truly a gem and makes me really happy to have such incredible tasting Vietnamese Food by people who truly know how to cook it.
