| - The team of customer service reps will mock you and treat you like you are in their way, in my experience. Imagine my shock when a customer service representative actually complained about his customer and mocked them, right there in the front of the house. In my experience, I walked into the store, and was not even acknowledged by a customer service rep, at all. I had to flag them down after about ten minutes, not even a hello. This team here clearly is not indicative of a customer rep that represents TMobile well. If you aren't buying what theyre selling, they seem to want nothing to do with you. Their attitude and actions indicate a disinterest in the TMobile company as a whole, they are so self centered and focused on themselves, myself and other customers were ignored for a few "high fives" as they discussed their quota and whether or not they lived up to their sales goals for the day. Right there in front of the house. wow. Viisited the store in good faith, I had a desire to pick up several items and spend about $300. on accessories alone. Well, I bought my accessories, but not from this store. I left this store appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed. Hopefully this team will step down so that TMobile can continue to be a company I'd like to still be loyal to after 13 years. This team just about ruined it tho, made a call to Verizon.
