  • My boyfriend and I have never been to this DMV before but today we went and he was transferring registrations from his old car to his new car. He had all the paper work and everything he needed. We were called to window 13 where Sandra was working & she was extremely polite at first, but then started to get rude and had a major attitude problem. She had asked him to fill in his mileage and he did then she said it wasn't correct. & wanted to void his title. That title took him 47 days to get. So we had to do an inspection && everything was ok. But I do generally think that Sandra at window 13 should probably retire or get laid.
