Long time member of the club. Went in today to complete a transaction and ended up leaving with my money refunded because they wanted me to make an appointment but never communicated that.
Only after I asked for a refund were they interested in trying to fix the issue. Very poor customer service, and when asked about it, they didnt like the feedback I gave them. For the money they charge annually for memberships, and the mark up they charge for their equipment, being treated the way I was today just doesn't fly.
