  • Sorry but it was one traumatic experience and I won't be back. Couple of years ago I went in to get my hair coloured. They had a binder full of magazine clippings to help you pick out a shade. I found a nice light brown on some celeb and after an hour I came out looking like Barbie. This resulted in several treatments of "toning" the colour back down which ultimately left my hair feeling damaged and brassy. Won't go back again. I do love Aveda products though!
