  • I went here for two years straight on a month to month membership a few years ago. I liked my results so I came back for a smaller membership to touch up some places. That one was difficult to cancel, but I ended up getting it taking care of. Overall, awesome results for a great price. Now I tried to go back and don't want the hassle of a long-term membership when I just need a touch up, and they literally won't sell to me. Apparently, the policy is that if you have been treated there before you can ONLY do a month to month membership there is no option to buy a certain number of treatments. This is such an asinine policy I can hardly understand where they are coming from. Isn't it standard in any industry to give better service and deals to clients who have been been with you long-term to maintain their loyalty and possible influence? It's not like it's cheaper for your first time and after that you pay more, I would pay a little more because its not my first time, but to have an option for first time guests that just is not available at all if you have been there before? I am not mad that I didn't know about this policy I am floored that it is a policy at all. I gave three stars because I had no problems when I was going there with a membership. Also, I know I'm going to pay for the membership to get the touch up anyway. I just wish they were more flexible with their options.
