  • After my experience at the theater at the Orleans Casino I hope no one purchases a movie ticket there! My wife and I bought tickets to see Keeping Up With The Joneses. We sat down when 4 other people sat next to muy wife. They began talking loud during the movie. I told them to "shut the hell up, we are trying to watch the movie". The black male told my wife to shut the f..k up he was talking to his wife. My wife asked management to call Orleans security and they refused stating they would handle it. Management talked to the black male and they wanted to talk to me. They told me we both had to calm down. I told them we were not the ones talking during the movie. We were not the ones disrupting the movie. They refused to call security to talk to the disrespectful people. Seeing that they were not going to address the problem I demanded a refund, which they have me, and we left the movie. We have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in any public venue like the management at the Orleans theaters! Please keep this in mind if you plan seeing a movie at the Orleans. I can guarantee you that I will not see another movie at that location!
