  • I was really disappointed with their customer service. I'm a Starwood Preffered member and I've always had a great experience before this property. The woman I dealt with at the front desk was very rude, and they inconsistently gave our group late checkouts. Also, everyone in our group received different toiletries, and some people were missing the basics.
