I've tried about at least half of the doughnuts offered and love the fact that these doughnuts are more like the dough-y, pastry type compared to the usual sugar-filled doughnuts that America is so used to from larger corporate doughnut chains. Definitely my favorite doughnut shop ever since other shops are usually ridiculously sweet. I remember when I used to have this phase of going to O Face as least three times a week for a month straight... but then I told myself that I needed to cut back because I was addicted! (I swear I've gone here more than 3 times.)
My ABSOLUTE favorite flavors are:
Rosewater Pistachio // $1.25
Creme Fraiche // $1.25 (pronounced like fresh for everyone who was just as confused as I was when I first saw the word)
Rootbeer Float // $2.25
Every few months or so I've come to encounter at least one new flavor! It surprises me how creative these doughnuts can get. Vegan strawberry jam with champagne glaze? A combination of chocolate dough, nutter butter, caramelized banana, toasted marshmallow, honey, & bacon?! These doughnuts get pretty intense. (Like camping.)
The only con I have is that I've encountered a 10% chance of receiving a doughnut (or cinnamon roll during that one time...) that tastes like it was just sitting there for a while. I do understand that cereal will become soggy when it sits on the doughnut for a while, so be weary!
