  • So many calls to this place to get no where. First 2 times I called they picked up and hung up on me. It was from my cell, so it's an out of state area code, so I get it, but I called from work and they picked right up. Scheduled an appointment for next day at 2pm. Next day at 8 am a driver from another company (USA Glass I believe) pulls up saying he can't make the appointment they scheduled and wants to do it right now. Nope, it's a work truck and currently out working. Says he'll call back to reschedule. Yeah, no call back ever. Call again at opening a couple weeks later and the lady tells me their auto glass people aren't even in yet and to call back. I call back again, guy sends me straight to warranty number. They didn't do that last time, why now? Both times I was on hold so long I almost hung up thinking they forgot I was on the line. Called warranty number, they have no record of us. Gave them the work order number from the receipt and they say they don't even recognize it. Another 20 minutes wasted only to have to call this place back again to schedule something. We now have to spend money to get someone else to fix their work... These guys apparently don't do their own work and are just subbing it out, so you might as well go to someone that does their own work so you can actually rely on them to back up their work!
