  • If Marie was to market her customer service skills, lots of businesses would have more five stars. I was not expecting much when I got a Groupon deal for this biz. There's a reason why businesses end up giving up their services for cheap at Groupon. I usually just expect it to end up with a refund; after all, majority of all times when you tell businesses that you got a Groupon they sound like an 18 wheeler is heading their way. But Marie was surprisingly helpful. She even made exemptions on her schedule just to help me. You'd think I was paying full price. She communicated all the way thru, and was always very professional. The 2 ladies that came were great. And they had my place looking good in no time. They were happy to work for this company, and that says a lot. I would recommend and hire them again... Even if it is not with a Groupon.
