I've been here a few times now and their food never disappoints. The fried chicken is incredible as is the flounder. Couple that with a few of their sides and someone is going to have to roll you out of the restaurant. From a sides standpoint, the macaroni and collards are excellent. They also have a solid pimento cheese dip as an appetizer. I'm 100% confident that you could wear a blindfold while choosing your dinner and still leave happy.
I love the whole concept of Kings Kitchen. I'm always a big fan of restaurants giving back to the community in some way shape or form. As is the case with a lot of restaurants in Uptown, parking can be a pain.
