  • I am an out of state owner and have had big time issues with Las Vegas property managers. I interviewed Joann with Guardian Realty and felt at ease. My home needed (in my oppinion) major work after a disgruntled tenant moved out. The house had holes punched in all the interior doors and the toilet lids were gone (who takes the toilet lids?). Anyway Guardian stepped in and I had all repairs completed with new carpet and paint inside of a week. Actually I received a call from Paul (company construction guy) to tell me the house had been leased for 15% more rent than it ever had before. I haven't called them yet when the phone wasn't answered by a real live person (a rarity from my last property mgr). Guardian is new to me but if my past experience with them is an example of their future performance I will be very happy.
