  • We usually have fantastic experiences with the services who partner thru CostCo, so we decided to get an estimate for carpet installation from Western States Flooring thru CostCo's website. I immediately got an email to setup a estimate appointment. The salesperson arrived right on time as promised. He was very professional and promised to provide a quote that same day. Well that never happened! I followed up with a phone call left him a voicemail the next day. I received a text to call him back, which I did but no answer. So I sent him a text informing him that I called, but still never gotten a response. Evidently they didn't want our business. This has never happened where a company flat out didn't acknowledge a customer with an estimate regardless of how expensive it was or provide an explanation that they were simply too busy. Very strange and poor experience... I expect much better from a service that was provided thru CostCo. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND using Western States Flooring.
