Did the tasting tour, which as some of others have said, is not really a tour of the premises. The brewery itself is in the premises, which is around the size of 2/3 of a tennis court. A staff member educates you while you are perched on some of the bar stools next to the plexiglass wall separating the brewing from the public areas. So you can see the activity when brewing is ongoing.
Session is good for those with none or next to no knowledge of sake, as you learn the basics and terminology. You also get a tasting of 4 or 5 of their sakes, so you can actually taste the difference.
