  • I have lived at the equestrian for over a year and I really like the apartments! Kathy is awesome, and the newer Property manager Beth is way more nice and approachable than their previous p/m. They are always super accommodating to any of my requests. You have probably heard that the appliances are older, and that is true, however, if something does need to be replaced, they will always replace it with something new. (My washer finally gave out and they brought me a brand new one!) as long as you communicate with the office, they are extremely attentive and flexible. I just resigned another year. These apartments are older, so there are some things about the layout that aren't as desirable (smaller kitchen, bathroom) but it's very functional and the 1 bedrooms have great character. The tenants are very neighborly too, which is refreshing.
