rev:text	I just wanted to review this location for the great customer service it gives at the cash register. It is one of the larger stores, not to mention one of the busiest, being in the Eaton Centre. On the regular, the service varies on the floor. Usually I never find anyone who can help me, or even pass me off to someone who can help me, which is pretty frustrating. HOWEVER, the reason I am giving this location FIVE STARS today is because I have made two returns now to this location where I had bought the product 3-6 months ago, had opened it, had used it, and decided I did not use it enough to keep this thing around when I had spent $25-75. For both returns I no longer had packaging or receipts. Did they complain? No. Did they ask for ID? No. They simply found the purchase on my VIB card and gave me a FULL REFUND. Not an exchange. Not a credit note. FULL REFUND PEOPLE. Now, I'm not sure if this is true to policy. I do know they have an AMAZING return policy but the not asking for ID part, no idea. I'm going to go give another location a poor review now because they didn't give me the same level of service. And maybe that store was following policy. BUT PEOPLE WHEN A STORE TAKES BACK PRODUCT FROM SIX MONTHS AGO AND GIVES YOU A FULL REFUND AND DOES NOT HASSLE YOU ABOUT ANY OF IT.... that is worthy of five stars in my books. Sephora ain't cheap, and this is the type of service that will keep me coming back to an over-crowded, often messy store that is too often lacking support staff on the floor. Bravo, Eaton Centre location! You have shown incredible customer service at the cash.
