Delivery team gets them three stars. Though the delivery team was late and I had to call to get an update, everything was smooth after they did arrive. However, I did have issues with scheduling the delivery.
The customer service with the Las Vegas Blue Streak office is lacking. My delivery was initially scheduled for 4/18 however shortly after confirming the delivery I had a schedule change at work and was required to come in on 4/18. I called the office to reschedule but did not get to speak to anyone so I left a message. Unfortunately the message wasn't received in time and I got a call from the delivery team in which I had to apologize and explain that I had called to reschedule but had not heard back from the office.
Over the next couple days I called multiple times to reschedule but was never able to talk to anyone but left multiple message. On 4/20 I called Wayfair and spoke to a customer service rep who passed my message onto the freight department to try to get in touch with the local blue streak office. I still heard nothing throughout the day so I googled the company and found an 888 number which I called and reached someone in their office in Florida. I explained the situation to the representative and they were able to reach out to the Las Vegas office and FINALLY I got a call from the Las Vegas office to reschedule my appointment. While Blue Streak may generally be a great company, their Las Vegas office clearly has some problems
