  • Valley ENT took me in within 2 days and took my incessant nosebleeds seriously. The reception was professional. There was an elderly client that was demanding and the staff worked with her graciously. The facilities were clean. The treatment chair in my waiting area looked a little worn, but still functional. Dr. Hakim was great. When I explained that I did not respond to lidocaine, he gave me extra and took more time to try to get the numbing to take effect. My scope was not too uncomfortable. Thank you, Valley ENT!
