  • Having difficulty walking far distance at this time, booking a room where parking lot to hotel room makes a difference. We stayed here a few years ago and remembered the rooms are roomy and close to parking lot. So we decided to book this again this time to make it easier for me to walk. They have the bottom floor available which is also a plus for me. We had the king before but we needed 2 beds this time I wasn't too happy that it was 2 double beds rather than 2 queens. The room is so big you would think they can totally fit queen beds for guest comfort. Such a waste of a large room. Luckily we weren't big people so even though it was a bit snug, it worked. Bed is a tad softer than preferred but without back pains in the morning, thats all that matters to me. Love how they have a nice dining table area with 3 chairs and a sink area with coffee machine and a super cold fridge which I loved! Wished they had a microwave while their at it but not going to complain. The super cold fridge was good enough. The bathroom has a ceiling heat lamp which i always love to walk out of the shower without freezing my butt off. Cons: - The shower was a bit small and the space for the soap dish was super small! Literally only have room for soap but nowhere to place shampoo etc. Had to put them on the floor in the small shower area and bending too much to get the shampoo etc was a bit difficult for me right now. So this was very inconvenient where most hotels have a much larger wall area or high counter space in shower for your amenities. - Another flaw is the super loud A/C unit that goes on/off which is bad as it will wake up light sleepers. The casino floor is small but enough to give you some descent slot & table play action while everyone is calling it a night or still sleeping in. The cocktail waitresses walks around often to offer drinks which I'm sure many would like. There is a Marilyn Cafe that I wanted to try but didn't get a chance to. Their prices look descent compared to many other casino cafes and food looks pretty good too. So will try it the next time Im back in town. You can order room service from this cafe as well! Since casino floor is small, ventilation is that great. So it can be frustrating where i have to keep jumping around to different slots when someone near me is smoking. This place is off the strip but super close to it. Generally, with the cons and pros, it kind of even out (give and take) where I would still recommend and give it a 4 star and probably come back and stay here for its descent price for the hotel stay with free parking (mostly don't have free parking on the strip anymore). Reading other fellow yelper reviews said it was dirty which scared me. But our stay was good. Bug free and bed was clean. So either they cleaned their acts up or I got lucky this this stay.
