Shop & Save - unless you can stay with their specials, there isn't a lot of savings that I can tell, though I actually find that food prices in the PGH area are generally more than where I moved here from in SEP '15. But I've found the regular prices to be higher than other stores regular prices around here. The one thing I do buy here regularly is their house brand of frozen vegetables which is a decent quality product at a reasonable price. Most coupons up to 99cents are doubled. There always seems to be plenty of parking.
The store itself is bleah - kind of how I would picture a food market to look in eastern Europe.
There's a decent selection of items, including a small fresh seafood section. There's also a separate bakery section, though I can't tell what's made there in-house & what's made elsewhere. The fresh produce is OK. The other groceries are are same as can be had anywhere else. The employees are fine & will provide any help as requested..
There is a gas rewards program that's certainly OK at very local Sunoco stations, though it has a flaw - a penny per gallon is earned with each $5 in purchases, however it doesn't keep overages from one visit to the next. So, if you spend $15.02, you earn 3cents off. But if you spend $14.97, you earn 2cents off; the $4.97 isn't ever accounted for. But it's something.
