| - Gave it 3 stars because service was first rate. Friendly and attentive. Food - iffy! Got shishito peppers appetizer, very good! However, egg rolls were not so much. Tasted like they had some kind of floury filler. We had the 3 pc. fried chicken, which was great, mini corn muffins not quite corny enough for me and a little dry, but the General Chow's chicken, also very good. Rice pudding for dessert was a disappointment - crunchy and dry, didn't eat more than one bite. Loved the music - modern, but not so loud as to overwhelm conversation. I would go back to try some other things, because I absolutely love EAT, the sister restaurant of CHOW, so want to give Chow another chance to wow me.
