  • I am going 3 stars and it feels generous. I placed an order which I found the website very difficult to navigate, I placed my order and paid in full. Next I get a call saying that there is an extra $13 fee which needs to be paid via Pay Pal. That seemed odd as I already paid in full. Between multiple phone calls and emails it turns out for a $60 order there was $50 in fees. Tough business model. When I explained my lack of satisfaction and that it would probably be my first and only order, the person insisted on cancelling my order. Wasted at least an hour and would never consider doing business with these guys again. I should give a 1 star and waiting for refund to be complete. I am not the kind of Yelper that wants to hurt businesses with bad reviews so this is the most kind 3 star rating you'll ever see. I think the concept is good, the customer service is awful, and my overall experience was lacking at best. I think they will eventually get their business figured out and do better for others in the future. They failed me and I was rooting for them big time
