  • Like so many others here, I ordered my jeans and was forgotten for 3.5 months. Calls, emails, etc. were ignored. My jeans arrived today and, while they are of high quality, are not what I ordered (too long and a button rather than zipper fly). Of course, calling to try to get a return just gets you the answering service and emails go to the void. So what recourse do you have? Bottom line: great jeans bad company. Don't buy unless you really don't need the jeans. In which case, why are you buying them anyway?
