  • Despite the weird menu of options that is almost certainly designed to confuse the consumer and get them to spend more, I've been going here off and on for a few years. Recently, however, every time I go the quality of the quality and service reaches new lows. After waiting over an hour for a speed detail today ($60), there were still smudge marks on the inside windows, they hadn't bothered to vacuum the cargo compartment, despite the salesperson's assurances that they would, and my tires were dripping with a white liquid. And you can be pretty sure that an area or two will always go unwashed on the exterior. Really pretty terrible. Time to look for an alternative.
