  • Generally I am very happy with Discount Tire but today I am very disappointed. I had an appointment to get my tires rotated and the were finished in about an hour which is alright but when I got home it was brought to my attention that a lug nut was missing on the right rear wheel. I called them but they were closed but left a message. I never got a call back but the next morning I called them and they had me come down to the shop. I was told that they knew about the missing lug nut and it was that way when I left it yesterday. It that was true I think it is odd that they never told me about it. This has been the only place I go for tire rotations on both vehicles. He also told me that the lug on the left of it had to be re-threaded because it was bad. I asked him why they didn't inform me about the problem. He said it was shame on them for not telling me about it and told me to go to Network Alignment & Brakes. I guess I'm just venting but I'm going to leave a warning. Check the lug nuts on your wheels before you leave because they won't tell you about it.
