  • Was having a New Year's Eve dinner with family. Placed my order first and got it last. I ordered the Beef Steak Don and it states the meat used is short ribs. When it finally came out after everyone was almost done with their meals, the meat wasn't even short ribs. I told the server that I ordered the short ribs and he said that they don't have short ribs. We asked to see the menu to see where the mistake was and right under the Beef Steak Don it says Beef Short Rib. He asked if we wanted to switch it out for something else and I end up ordering Tempura bowl. 5 mins later he comes back with another disappointment.. they just dumped and cleaned the fryer. It's safe to say I will not be back and will not recommend!
