I had a pretty large order of breakfast burritos that I wanted to order for my team. I tried to call in and order (5 times) and no one answered the phone. I stopped by and placed the order of 20+ breakfast burritos. The burritos were pretty good size and worth the money from that perspective, but it seemed like they were just full of egg and potato... very little meat. I know it's tough making an order like that, but take your time and treat it like it is an order for one. Did I say take your time? They definitely did that... it took about 40 min to cook the order. I don't know if that would have been a problem if I called in, but waiting in the restaurant while they cook the meal... blah
One last thing that threw me off is the young lady that took my order didn't put salsa with the order, when I asked her she told me I had to go to the salsa bar and make my own. Twenty plus individual salsa containers? You want me to do that and I just spent $100? That's lame. She ended up getting me some salsa in three big containers that everyone would have to share from... I thought that was a cop out and pretty lazy. Food for thought (no pun intended) go above and beyond for your customers. It would have taken you and the cook 3 min max to fill up a variety of salsa containers.
I don't have a huge desire to go back... it won't happen in the near future. Go try it for yourself, you may have a different experience.
