  • Easily my favorite ice cream place but the service is ridiculous. It always has been and always will be. They continue to hire unprofessional people who cannot deliver good customer service. The inside is always dirty and I probably wouldn't eat there if I saw what was in the back. They offered me a "free" waffle bowl because they were trying to get rid of the stale ones. I think I will stink to the concord mills location!
