  • After reading the terrible reviews I decided to try this place out anyways since I just needed a new valve stem because mine had torn. To start it out lady at the front desk is sick and kept rubbing her nose and then touching my keys, GROSS. I look over and some Julio is driving my truck like he's Lightening McQueen into the repair shop. His hands are dirty, the stalls are so close he bangs my door up against the side trying to get out of the truck. I'm sitting in the waiting room, guy pulls me out side and asks what kind of "shit" is in my tires? I tell him I had self balancing stuff in them. He says it could affect the sensor reading and that its probably messed up because of the product. My sensors have always read perfect on my truck I've never had a problem with them I tell him. He says okay (at this point I'm 100% sure Julio driving my truck that took off the tire broke the sensor so they are trying to blame it on the self balancing tire stuff) so here I am sitting in the waiting room, pissed because I didn't go to Purcell tires because it had a two hour wait. Will never come back here again and I haven't even got my car back yet. This is the Walmart of tire centers and avoid this place at all costs.
