  • Ok so, this is about the sixth or so brow spot I've reviewed. Me and my brows, well we get around. I'm always on the quest for perfect brows. I know this may not be attainable, but a gal can dream. I'm loyal to Benefit, but was tired of inconsistency at Ulta. Tonight I had my brows attended to by Katie, the manager. I'm perfectly pleased. Customer service was top notch as are my brows. It's a great environment and everyone was super nice. I'll be back. The reviews are all over the board, but they are making a conscious effort to right the ship. I have nothing but positives to say. I rebooked and will continue to go outta my way to southpark to get my brows did :) Tips: make an appointment and have cash. Evidently tips are cash only. Also benefit still offers free brow wax on your birthday. What an awesome perk.
