  • I treated my best friend to a bit of pampering at Em Beauty Bar as a belated birthday present. I had never visited them before but after reading the great reviews, I chose Em Beauty Bar and called to book an appointment. Booking an appointment was easy and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly. Closer to the appointment, the birthday girl informed me that she was running a bit behind so I called the bar and asked if we could reschedule for 15 minutes later. The guy on the phone actually suggested that we reschedule for 30minutes later than our original appointment just to be safe and if we are able to arrive early, no problem, they would be able to take us. We arrived at the rescheduled time and the bar was very nicely decorated with really cool banana wallpaper that we fell in love with. It was very clean and they use an autoclave to sterilize all their tools. We had 3 different people perform our mani-pedi's and they were all meticulous and our nails turned out beautifully! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend this salon to everyone and will definitely be back. Extra kudos to Robert for sharing his beauty tips with me and my friend :)
