  • This is not the same Khao san road of before - we got out favourites and they were all disappointing. The khao soi was overridden with tumeric and the massaman curry had very thin slices of beef (compared to the large thick pieces at the older place). I may try the menu at the upstairs cocktail bar but if I am craving Thai I'll check out Pai or SukhoThai instead.
