rev:text	They came out in April I spent 550 on fixing the air conditioner and 150 for a 1 yr guarantee when they came back in the fall they said my heater wire had melted I didn't even use, they said it would b Real expensive to fix they were only ones up there and they want me to pay, between 500-1000$ what's up with that, I don't use, the furnace but I did not climb on my roof and melt the wires, I'm disabled and can't afford to, keep handing them all the money have some company's just don't care how much it hurt people as long as there getting rich!!!!
