  • TERRIBLE SERVICE. Only two stars because the man from Egypt that helped me when I walked in was very nice! However, the girl at the Genius Bar that helped me was beyond terrible. She was rude and was not a genius that's for sure. She was just lying to me and didn't know what the heck she was talking about. I told her I didn't want to waste my time here and I went to the Apple Store at San tan mall. I won't ever come back to this store because it is such a waste of time and the other Apple Store is so so so so much better.
