  • As a true clean freak, I could not have been more disappointed. First i asked if the attendant would do the pre scrubbing for me and he said it was against company policy, then my car was still obviously dirty after the wash, even the track of my wiper blades didn't come clean! I went around to ask for a refund and another man said that refunds were against company policy but that he would be happy to have someone pre-scrub my car and send me thru again without charge. (So much for company policy) second time through, my car is still not clean! There was dirt by my door handle that rubbed off with the slight touch of my finger. I told the attendant and he said that he was sorry but they had to speed up the motor to be able to get cars through quicker. Don't go there!
