  • The service department does not deserve even one star!! I purchased my 2016 Terrain 3 months ago paid in full the day of purchase $35,0000! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Took it in today, received it back an hour later, Khoa Nyugen tells us its all set. Immediately upon getting on the freeway the whole car starts shaking along with a loud rumbling noise. My husband pulls off the freeway and the problem still persists even at low speed. Im beyond upset. I take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and get it back with problems. My car is still well under 10,000 miles. I called Khoa Nyugen and he tells me to bring it back as soon as possible. I inform him in already on the way at 40 mph on the freeway because it feels like the wheel is going to fly off. Mind you all i have my 1 year old daughter and 2 year old son in the back seat. As i arrive back to the service department, Khoa Nyugen is huddled in the office with 4 other employees hanging out as though they weren't even at work. I literally had to get out of my car and walk to the office and get his attention and he turns around with a smirk on his face and says "is that the car" duh stupid.. you just saw me less than 10 min. ago!! I'm so irritated at this moment. How could this idiot turn to me and smirk in my face after knowing my family, my babies and I could have seriously been hurt or dead due to the negligence and incompetency of himself and his coworkers. After a short tempered conversation without understanding my valid reason for being upset he refused to talk to me anymore and said "you need to talk to my manager now" HIS MANAGER SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUT THERE WAITING FOR ME AND HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE BEFORE I CAME BACK THE SECOND TIME!! I WAS EXPECTING TO SPEAK WITH HIS MANAGER!!!! A week after I purchased my car I returned to have a low jack installed, i will be taking my car in some where to check that out as i can't possibly believe it was done right or at all if they are not capable of doing proper oil changes and tire rotations!! They promised me free oil changes for a year, I wouldn't even allow these people to pump my gas!! Im not done here.. I am calling every person necessary to let the public know what they did and how I was treated!!
