| - On Sunday, 06.07.2015 at approximately 0740 am, I arrived at the Lowe's Home Improvement, 2900 W Chandler Blvd Chandler, AZ 85224, to obtain some landscaping rock for a home project.
When I first entered the Garden Center where all plants, mulch, fertilizer, etc. was located, I was hard pressed to find an employee. Once I did, I asked him where I could find the landscaping rock. He said straight back there, pointing to the far end of the nursery. There were no other potential customers in the area at the time, I was it. I went to the area he had "pointed" to and could not locate the rock.
Now, this male employee was NOT busy, had nothing else to do at the time. No products to move, find, etc., only to direct traffic. He was just standing in one place collecting dust. He could have easily walked to the area he "pointed" to and assisted me. Possibly make his day go faster.
After a few minutes of NOT locating the rock, I left the store frustrated with the total lack of Customer Service. Lets just say, "Customer NO Service."
I made it clear to the "Lazy employee" that there were plenty more stores that would be more than happy to help me, Home Depot and Ace Hardware, that this is an excellent example of why customers will stay away from Lowe's.
