I called to make an appointment to check my review camera that is not working,, installed by Audio Express, I spoke with someone and made a appointment for Friday at 11:00 when I hung up I realized that i didnt give my name so I called back and someone else answered the phone I explained that I had just spoken with someone and forgot to leave my name, he tells me they don't take appointments unless they are
paid for in advance. Needless to say I will never do business with them again, come on people teach your employees customer service!! and what a stupid rule to pay for an appointment in advance. what a waist if time and money!
