In less than a year I have bought 3 wedding dresses from David's Bridal ("DB"), my 5 bridesmaids also purchased their dresses from DB, and my 6 flower girls also purchased their dresses from DB. It just so happened that I purchase my 3rd dress at a "DB Liquidation Sale". When I attempted to make an appointment, and spend MORE money at DB on Sahara, I was told I could not make an appointment and that I had to go elsewhere, all because I purchased my dress at a liquidation sale. I'm very disappointed, especially when I have brought them plenty of business, and I was never informed of making a purchase at a liquidation sale would = NO ALTERATIONS made with a DB. This makes no sense, as I was planning on giving DB more of my money. This is so wrong, just so disappointed!
I do not follow their motto...I don't love David's Bridal.
