  • I arrive to the optical to get my scratched glasses fixed (I got the scratch coating on them already, yet they are scratched in multiple places) and there is no sign for hours located outside the optical center. The Sears employees didn't even know when they closed. I got there well before 7 and they were already closed for the night. I use to work retail in this mall and you NEVER were allowed to close early. We would be fined by security if we closed early. I know it's an optical center and it's not a store, but there should still be guidelines and rules. I had to call the phone number on my receipt to find out the store hours. That's poor customer service.
