  • I don't know what has happened to their customer service.. yes the food is healthy and tastes amazing. not sure anymore that it's worth it tho. For thanksgiving i pre preordered a pie which they took mu credit card over the phone to charge.. well long story short it was a huge huge headache. They ended up having me pay also when I picked it up, should have checked my account that I had already been charged even tho they said I hadn't, when I called to get it corrected I noticed I had a third charge for which hey explained to me as an accidental charge of a slice of pie. Seriously?! Three charges for one purchase? I contacted customer service at their main office and never heard back, can't say I will continue supporting them after this whole ordeal and lack of service to make up for their mistakes.
