  • So I made the mistake of changing my service to T Mobile when they were running a special of we will pay the reimbursement for your early cancellation from your current provider to T Mobile. I was told 6-8 weeks for a refund. Its now been 9 weeks and just got off the phone with them. Guess what? It could be another 4 weeks because they had such a good response on their offer. The guy hung up on me when I told him it wasn't acceptable. If you know anyone contemplating using them tell them not to. Please share this with your friends. I want to make people aware of this scam.
