  • Staff is always nice and I've never had to wait for a spray tan but I am disappointed about 2 things. 1. I was unaware that my spray tan package expired in 45 days. The sales girls neglected to inform me of that until after I bought it. They also were kinda pushy about selling me a membership even after I said I wasn't interested. 2. I've used the versaspa pro before at sun tan city and always loved it and it's always been flawless. However, at palm beach I feel the tan wasn't as dark and I ended up spotty. My back was significantly less dark than the front and my shins weren't very tan either. Their versaspa left the insides of my arms spotty twice. I follow all the spray tan rules very strictly, I have had many sprays before and I've never had this issue. The first time I just assumed it was me and let it go. The second time I went i asked the girl what i could do to avoid it the spotty arms and she said "all the booths spray differently" and that's was it. Overall the salon is nice and the staff is friendly but there's definitely something wrong with their versaspa booth. I felt scammed when I bought the package without them letting me know it expired but now it seems like even more of a waste when 2 of the 3 tans weren't very good. I still have one more but I don't know if I'll even use it now.
